Lancer: Enhanced Combat is a third party supplement for the Lancer TTRPG. Primarily aimed at GMs, this book adds many tools they can use to make their Lancer combats even more exciting! Additionally the book contains 4 alt frames for use by players. Enhanced Combat is 85 pages of condensed Lancer goodness.

      This precision marksman frame is the cutting edge of SSC technology, able to dynamically modify its ranged weapon in order to optimally approach any combat situation.
    • HORUS Salamander (Kobold Variant)
      The Salamander is the natural evolution of the Kobold. Capable of deploying specialized "Slag Bombs" it is able to quickly turn the battlefield into a volatiles mine field.
    • HA Habsburg (Saladin Variant)  
      The Habsburg is the Saladin's predecessor and almost as old as the Ghengis Mk1 "Worldkiller". Relying on its outdated but still effective "Eisen Shield" to keep both itself and its allies safe.

hoping that you can add the Sitreps and Reserve into the LCP. lov' your work.

From experience in my group Oleander feels a bit like it invalidates the basic Death Head in most cases.

Death head still is the quintessential sniper mech while oleander is just a single heavy heavy weapon shot

Who cares you can only shoot 1/round when you can OC loop reload anti-mat rifle without ordnance and ignoring enemy resistances. Stack on Roland chamber, op cal and crack shot and you're essentially able to one shot every standard enemy and even some multiple structure ones. 

Being able to heal yourself once per scene, gain seeking and crit on 18 is just icing on the cake.

This has been absolutely incredible, an absolute gift of a resource to the community.

This has incredible sitreps, great objectives and environmental variety - by the time you've run a third of this book, you'll be equipped and empowered to run unique missions and great experiences yourself.

Great work. rules question; does the Oleanders traits and core system work ONLY for Heavy weapons, or does it also apply to superheavies?

Only Heavies. It applied to Superheavies during playtest of course but it lead to quite a few oppressive builds and meant the Olly never took a Heavy weapon.

Really enjoying this! Love the executioner but I had a question regarding RAI for it. How does the executioner's mech catcher trait function if the player has synthetic muscle netting? Does the the PC count as size two, since the exe is size two, or would they counter the mech catcher bonus and count as size 3. Thanks!

The Executioner counts as Size 3 so the Synth Muscles make you Size 3 also. SMN is a good way to counter the Executioner.

One of, if not the, best third party supplements for Lancer GMs.

I've been running the Dustgrave module by the same author. While that whole adventure is well made, the gameplay and mechanics design stood out to me as particularly great. I'm looking forward to reading this new book and taking what I can for my own table.

Will the generator have the templates for the new sitreps in this book?

It should already have most of them actually! I think its missing Search and Rescue and Breach and Clear (impossible)

Doesn't have Stockpile either, it seems. Or Supply Run, Smash and Grab, Nexus Defense, Infiltration, and Demolition doesn't display any locations.

Smash and Grab used to be called Core Capture.
